Returns and exchanges

A buyer who has been sold goods of unsatisfactory quality has the right to choose, at his/her option, one of the available remedies within 7 working days from the date of purchase:
  • require the seller to remedy the defects in the goods free of charge (repair the goods);
  • require the seller to replace the defective product free of charge with a product of equivalent quality;
  • require the seller to reduce the price accordingly;
  • unilaterally terminate the contract and request reimbursement of the price paid.

In case of return/exchange of quality goods, the Buyer shall pay the return costs.

When returning the goods, the Buyer shall indicate his/her name and contact details, as well as the details of the goods to be returned and the reasons for the return.

Non-returnable goods:
No refunds will be given for goods that have been made to the buyer’s individual order (cut to specified lengths, dimensions or painted in a colour of the customer’s choice). If the Goods have been damaged intentionally or negligently (by chemicals, water, sharp objects, etc.), or if the rules for use or storage of the Goods have been violated.

General provisions:
Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Minister for Economic Affairs 2012. 15 March Order No 4-243 of the Minister of Economy of 2001 and the “Rules on the Return and Exchange of Items”. 17 August the “Rules governing the sale of goods and the provision of services when contracts are concluded by means of communication”, approved by Order No 258.
